Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance must be paid before the shoot starts.

Please arrive on time; sessions begin as scheduled. A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals may shorten session time.

Only selected images will be edited. Raw/unedited photos are not released unless agreed upon (extra fee applies). Delivery of final edited photos within 3–7 working days.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once to a new date (subject to availability).

Kindly keep the studio space tidy. Maximum of 2 non-participating guests allowed. Children should be supervised at all times.

The studio may use selected photos for portfolio or social media purposes. Clients who prefer privacy must inform the studio before the shoot.

Photos are delivered digitally unless print add-ons are requested. Additional prints or framing services available upon request.
