Basic Studio Use
- Duration: 1 hour
- Standard studio setup (plain backdrop)
- - Continuous lighting (1–2 lights)
- - Access to basic props
- - 10-minute setup time included
Basic Studio Use
- Duration: 2 hours
- - Access to all studio sets and backdrops
- - Professional lighting setup (up to 3 lights)
- - Use of available props and furniture
- - Assistance from studio attendant
Full-Day Studio Rental
- Duration: Up to 6 hours
- - Full access to all backdrops and lighting equipment
- - Free WiFi & changing area
- - Complimentary bottled water
- - Assistance from studio personnel
Additional Information:
Add-Ons
- Extra Hour: GHC 150/hour
- Lighting Assistant: GHC 100
- Whole Day (12hrs): GHC 3,000
- Makeup at Studio: GHC 150 (optional)
- Same-Day Booking: GHC 50 surcharge (subject to availability)
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure
your time slot.
Remaining balance must be paid
before studio use begins.
2. Time Management
Studio time starts at your booked
hour, not arrival time.
Arriving late does not extend
your session.
Extra time beyond the package
will attract an hourly charge.
3. Usage & Conduct
Clients are responsible for any
damage to equipment, furniture, or
props.
Food and drinks are not allowed near
equipment unless permitted.
No smoking or alcohol allowed inside
the studio premises.
4. Rescheduling / Cancellations
24-hour notice required for any
change in booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but
can be transferred once (based on
availability).
5. Equipment & Setup
Clients must handle studio gear
with care.
Lighting setup assistance is
provided upon request.
Additional equipment (e.g.,
smoke machine, gels, softboxes)
may attract extra charges.
6. Guests & Crew
Maximum of 5 people allowed per
session (unless stated otherwise).
Extra guests attract a small
surcharge or space limitation
notice.
7. Media Use
The studio reserves the right to
share behind-the-scenes clips or
images for promotional use (unless
client requests privacy).
8. Power & Backup
The studio is equipped with power
backup, but clients are advised to
plan their sessions efficiently.
