Terms & Conditions

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance must be paid before the photoshoot begins.

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or extra charges.

Only selected images from the shoot will be edited. Raw / unedited photos are not released unless agreed upon with an extra fee. Delivery of edited photos is 3–7 working days (Same-day edit attracts a fee of 200ghc).

Outfit changes must be within the package limit. Additional outfits attract an extra fee of 300Ghc for 5 Additional photos

Makeup at the studio is available for GHC 100 upon request. Makeup delays will count into your session time.

At least 24 hours notice required for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once to a new date (subject to availability).

Special props or themed setups should be communicated ahead of time. Extra charges may apply for customized setups.

Studio reserves the right to use selected photos for promotion (portfolio & social media). If a client requires privacy, this must be stated before the shoot.

Photos will be delivered digitally (soft copies). Prints or albums are available at an additional cost.

Maximum of 2 extra guests allowed to avoid disruption. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to studio equipment/props.
