In The Studio

Do’s and Don’ts

A *”Do’s and Don’ts”* list for our photography studio is a great way to guide our clients and ensure a smooth, professional experience for both them and our team. This list can help set expectations about behavior, studio etiquette, and usage of equipment and props. Here’s a helpful guide

DO’s

– Arriving on time ensures that we can start your session without rushing and make the most of your time with us. Please try to arrive *10-15 minutes early* to prepare.

– Choose your outfits ahead of time, ensuring they are clean, pressed, and free of wrinkles. If you’re bringing any props, ensure they are ready and in good condition.

– If you have any questions before or during your session, don’t hesitate to ask. We’re happy to guide you on how to pose, what to wear, or any specific shots you want.

– Trust the photographer to capture the best moments! We encourage you to relax, smile, and enjoy the experience. Great photos come when you’re comfortable and having fun.

– Your attitude directly impacts the outcome of the shoot. A good mood and energy help create beautiful, natural moments that translate well in photos.

– For themed or styled shoots, feel free to bring personal items like accessories, props, or makeup that align with the look you’re going for. Make sure they are clean and appropriate.

– The photographer will guide you on how to pose or where to stand for the best shots. Please follow their instructions to ensure the best results.

– We recommend turning off your phone or putting it on silent to avoid distractions during your session. If you need to check your phone for any reason, please do so discreetly.

– If you post your photos online or share them on social media, we would appreciate it if you could tag or credit [Your Photography Studio Name]. It helps our business and we love seeing our work shared!

– If you have specific shots, poses, or themes in mind, let us know beforehand so we can accommodate your vision. We’re here to make your session unique!

Don’ts

– Please don’t arrive late to your session. Late arrivals may result in less shooting time and may affect your session’s overall flow.

– Avoid bringing items that are not relevant to your session or that could be potentially distracting (such as noisy toys, pets, or clutter). If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us ahead of time.

– We know you’re excited, but please allow the photographer to do their job. Constantly directing the session or distracting the photographer can interfere with the creative process.

– Please refrain from eating or drinking during the shoot to avoid stains on your clothing or makeup, unless it’s part of the session (e.g., for a themed shoot).

– We ask that you treat our team with respect. Disrespectful behavior can make the experience uncomfortable for everyone, and we strive to provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

KEEP NOTED!

– *Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least **24 hours in advance*.

– *Cleanliness*: Please ensure that any personal items you bring (props, clothing, etc.) are clean and free of stains.

– *Privacy*: We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your images. If you’d prefer not to have any photos shared or used for promotional purposes, just let us know in advance.
